To achieve this target Gould has launched a project to implement SAP with the beginning of 2012. By using an integrated and consolidated database our processes will become faster, more flexible and more cost-efficient.
Customers can expect more instant and detailled information about the status of their orders. As a next step, Gould will be looking at linking the database to the customers' ERP systems.
